This is a fantastic, fully furnished ground floor unit in an excellent location in relation to Park City Mtn Resort and historic Main Street. With many restaurants, grocery store, shopping, movie theater, and the City Park within walking distance as well as the complimentary city shuttle stop just 100 yards away from the condo, there is no need for a vehicle when staying at our condo. However, there is covered/underground parking if you choose to bring a vehicle. In addition to it's great location, guests will enjoy the amenities of a year round heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit after a day on the mountain. During the warmer months, one has access to all the great hiking trails, the City Park, and the Park City public Golf Course is just a small block away, so you can golf for a decent price and enjoy the impeccable views. There is also a fantastic 4th of July celebration. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV along with a remodeled private bath. An additional bedroom is furnished with a single bed and flat screen TV and can be separated by a partition or a door that fully closes. A newly remodeled second bathroom is adjacent off of the living room. The living room couch can be pulled out into a sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on those cold winter nights. Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms to make your stay even more enjoyable. Covered parking and common laundry area are also included. No check in hassle. Just use your own private access code to enter the condo and start enjoying your stay! This is a perfect unit for a couple with small kids. You basically get the use of a two bedroom condo for the one bedroom rate. Simply pull the accordian door closed and the bedroom is seperated into two distinct sleeping areas. A must for a relaxing nights rest when travelling with little ones. We have included all the fees and taxes in the rate to make it very easy to book.
