This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and sleeps 12 adults comfortably. Just steps from the ocean, this home has 2 full kitchens, 2 full laundry rooms, front screened-in porch and back sun deck. This is the 4th house back from the Atlantic Ocean as well as being on the main beach access path. It is about 300 yards to the beach. It has been fully remodeled inside and out for the first time, and is now available as a summer rental. Newly furnished throughout with high end furniture and bedding- Tommy Bahama style. Every room has flat screen tv's with dvd/vcr's, there are 2 central heat/AC units to keep you cool on hot summer days. The porch is screened & great for enjoying listening to the ocean in the evenings. Each bedroom sleeps 2 adults and there are also 2 sleeper sofas (one upstairs & one downstairs). Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms of which one is a master w/attached bath. The bedroom next to it is a double bed and the last bedroom has 2 singles. The lower level has a full kitchen & full laundry room- great for extended family and friends.
