Each Non-smoking bedroom has air conditioning, central heating and a large built in wardrobe. All rooms of the villa have beautiful curtains, interior and exterior blinds. Our allergy-free beds are all at least in the queen size. For the kids there is an orig. Baby Bay, a playpen and a cot on request free of charge. The three bedrooms on the ground floor (room 1, 2 and 3) have a beautiful marble bathroom with Jacuzzi a noble massage shower and toilet and a marble bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and bidet. In the basement are the room 5 with a pool view and the spacious room 4 with a cot, a bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. The main bedrooms are located upstairs: The light-filled room 7 has a king-size bed, fireplace, leather sofa, living area and balcony, a view to the pool, terrace and the small church. Popular by children is our bedroom 6 with an extra sofa bed, desk, lounge area, safe and a bathroom with toilet and shower. On the ground and first floor are free safes for the guests. In the house and outside there is free WIFI internet available. All bedrooms are equipped by arrival with two bath towels and hand towels. On request, we change every week the entire house- and bed linen. The spectacular living room with an area of 75 m² in penthouse character is through the many windows and glass doors, very bright and clear. It is divided into three areas: The fireplace area with comfortable leather sofas, a cozy TV corner with all entertainment and music players and the spacious dining area. You have the possibility to use with your laptop the WLAN-WIFI free access to internet or a modem and unlimited phones calls to all European landlines through our VoIP pages.In the completely darken able living room there are many different seating, sofa, armchairs, chairs for more than 24 people. As the bedrooms also the living room has a solid hardwood floor. At the end of the light-filled living room is a French door leading directly down to the pool, sun terrace and BBQ house. The modern fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is completely and really well equipped, be it by the two large refrigerators, freezer, crockery, glassware and household appliances such as 4-ring gas stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, contact grill, blender, juicer, kettle. In the kitchen and living room is a dining area for a total of 17 persons. The pantry offers plenty of storage space for groceries. You may use the entire terrain freely, the kitchen, the living room, pantry, the outside-kitchen with big BBQ area together with refrigerator, pool-bar, generous sun-or shadow-terrace and the pool. The first floor has two big bedrooms with bath en suite. Sufficient parking places you will find directly in front of the house. The rental price per day is from 175 up to 650 Euros for the whole house depending on the number of people and the season. Because of the fantastic location and infrastructure you can reach the legendary beach, as well as supermarkets, shops, boutiques, restaurants, beach cafes, bars, the most popular discos and night clubs within a few minutes.
